Terms for Purchases Using Federal Funds

There are now two different versions of Attachment A to the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. You must use one or the other if your transaction applies federal funds.

Attachment A: Federal Grant Funds

Attachment A: Federal Grant Funds applies to, and should be used for, purchases using funds from a federal grant.

Attachment A: Federal Government Contract Funds

Attachment A: Federal Government Contract Funds applies to, and should be used for, purchases using funds from a federal contract.
